Fish n Chips - plus BONUS tartar sauce recipe

Amazing crispy battered fish and potato wedges plus some homemade tartar sauce.



Fish Ingredients:
4-6 fish filets like haddock or pollock
1 cup flour
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric, cayenne pepper & instant yeast
vegetable oil for frying 

Potato Wedges Ingredients:
6 medium sized potatoes
olive oil
garlic powder
chili power 
salt 

BONUS recipe
Tartar Sauce ingredients:
1 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoons relish
2 green onions
