Spinach Fatayer


Ingredients:
2 packages frozen spinach (300 g each)
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 onion, finely diced
3 green onions, chopped
1 tomato grated
1/2 cup olive oil
juice from 2 lemons
SPICES:
2 teaspoons five spice,1 1/2 teaspoons salt,
1 teaspoon sumac, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
